Justice League – review

A movie with heroes trying to save the world from imminent evil? DC Comics brings us not one, but five favorite characters from the world of superheroes.

DC Comics brought together Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Aquaman (Jason Momoa).

What is the movie about?

Besides the impending danger that destroys mankind and the Earth, we have a love story (of Superman and Lois Lane [Amy Adams]) which does not seem to have a happy end. More precisely, with the death of Superman, Lios finds no place in his personal or professional life.

Spoiler alert! Superman is not an alien on another planet without a goal. Apparently, he has an ace up his sleeve for coming back to life, and his four friends will use this to have him back again. But … will this affect him? Will it do better or worse? Because, as happens in any story, anything has a price.

If Batman is not in the best shape to resist to the force of evil, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash and (later) Superman will try to close the circle and save the world.

  • It’s a movie with good special effects, state-of-the-art equipment, creative ideas.
  • It’s one of the few times when you can meet the five superheroes in the same movie.
  • Although it takes about 2 hours, you will not feel the time. It’s a relatively dynamic story that will keep you captivated all the time.
  • You will meet Jason Momoa‘s beloved actor (from Games of Thrones movie), the Dragon Mother’s husband.

  • The main theme of the movie is far too much used in the latest Marvel movies – destroying the world and conquering it by the most occult forces.
  • Good will overcome evil like you will preconize from the beginning. Though Superman is dead, you will expect that he will find a way to come back and save us all.

With a budget of about 300 million dollars and with over 650 million dollars income, the film is a success story. It was produced by Atlas Entertainment, Cruel & Unusual Films, DC Comics, DC Entertainment, Dune Entertainment (as RatPac-Dune Entertainment LLC), Lensbern Productions, Warner Bros.
